The Master Package $7500
12-hour use of all venue areas for 350 guests or less. Price includes rehearsal the evening before, rehearsal dinner with drinks at the venue (includes light hors d oeuvres for 50 - 2 charcutier trays, rolls, veggie platter, cookie platter), use of bridal suite, groom’s suite, onsite décor and full staff (officiant, bartender, security, parking attendants, day of coordinator) Each additional guest $40

Micro Wedding Services

Setup and cleanup pricing.  Setup and cleanup means setup of all tables and chairs in both ceremony and reception area, steaming linens, centerpiece arrangements, decorating exterior arch, walkway, and pergola area. Cleanup means sweeping and mopping all indoor areas, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, bridal suite and grooms' room, picking up and removing trash from all areas, and soap and water cleaning of all tables and chairs and properly putting away all decor. We average 30+ hours for setup and cleanup for an event. 

Duchess Package  $3995
10 hour use for 100 guests or less. Includes 1 hour Rehearsal the morning of, full staff (wedding planner, officiant, bartender, security, parking attendants, day of coordinator) , tables, chairs, décor,  staff and onsite décor. Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Small wedding and reception or private party.

Petite ELOPEMENT  Ceremony & Mini Reception (Party Barn only) $800
Under 25 guests 2 hours. You arrive ready to go! Sunday-Thursday. Basic decorations provided for you. Our choice of décor, your bouquet, your dress. We provide small cake or cupcakes, tea and water for your guest. Includes cell phone photo of the happy couple. Reservations required.     

We strive to give every bride a stress free wedding. You may find our prices to be a touch higher than other local venues base price and that is because of all the options that WE INCLUDE in our packages that they do not. Our venue includes full staff, full decor (including tables and chairs), wedding planning assistance and a day of coordinator.  You have the option to choose stress free and wonderful or stressful and so-so. Choose wisely. Great price, great inclusions!!!

Elopement Ceremony only our site(up to 8 people) $100

20 minutes. We have an on-site minister who performs wedding ceremonies during the week. Appointments required. You must have your marriage license and 2 witnesses.  Inside only, set up is “chapel style.”
